Job-ID29088542Reference26-23291This is an onsite position for a motivated, hands-on Senior Systems Engineer who has experience with electro-mechanical devices. The work hours for this role are 9:00am-5:00pm, but that is flexible and can be discussed with the RRP after the candidate is selected.Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments.General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.Makes independent decisions.Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Test Method Development, DoE, data analysis (python coding capability)Digital outputs of a sensor and analyze the dataTest bed developmentTroubleshooting skillsDeveloping comprehensive testing plans.Executing hands-on testing protocolsAuthoring detailed technical reports.Managing the defect lifecycle (collection, documentation, and summarization for our development partner).MUST HAVE Skills:Risk and requirement managementtechnical writing (protocols, reports, etc.)demonstrated experience with complex systemsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred)Years of Experience: 8 yrsExperience in a FDA or FAA regulated environment is a strong plus; Medical device industry is idea.Interview Notes:Virtual interviews will be conducted2 rounds of interviews will be held.EEO:“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
