Store Manager We are hiring a Store Manager to lead the store’s leadership team, execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop the skills of the entire store team, and ensure customers are well taken care of. Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity. Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs. Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to effect change. Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program. Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel). High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience. Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance. Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
