Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. Adopt a patient‑centered approach, addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Maintain adaptability to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of work settings. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to support patients’ holistic recovery. Ensure patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
