We are interested in connecting with professionals who bring expertise in LC-MS/MS, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operations, instrumentation, metrology, and scientific team leadership.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and develop high-performing scientific and technical laboratory teamsDrive bioanalytical method development, assay development, and laboratory innovation initiativesProvide technical leadership for LC-MS/MS and other advanced analytical technologiesOversee laboratory instrumentation, equipment lifecycle activities, qualification programs, and operational readinessCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve scientific, quality, and business objectivesChampion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance initiativesSupport talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programsWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline required79 years of related experience in method or assay development or specific methodology area OR 57 years experience in a laboratory environmentDemonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS technologies, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operational management, and analytical problem solving, in regulated bioanalysisExperience leading laboratory instrumentation, metrology, equipment qualification, calibration, or maintenance programsOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop scientific teamsStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skillsExperience driving quality, compliance, operational excellence, and process improvement initiativesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environmentStrong scientific judgment and technical decision-making capabilitiesWhat We Offer You:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
