In this overnight role, you will be responsible for balancing hotel transactions and responding to guest requests. You will operate the front desk, assist guests with check-ins, manage complaints, and ensure a clean appearance of the front desk area. Candidates should have at least one year of hotel experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn software programs.
