The Good Mind Psychiatric Clinic is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing services via telehealth, which greatly enhances flexibility and accessibility for both you and our patients. Our therapists play a critical role in the assessment and treatment of a diverse range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. By employing evidence-based therapeutic practices, you will help individuals, couples, and families navigate their mental health challenges.

Work Environment\nThis role will primarily operate in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide support and therapy from the comfort of your home while connecting with patients through secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a collaborative online atmosphere that encourages teamwork, regular communication, and professional growth. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, with core working hours suggested as Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while accommodating patients’ needs as necessary.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s individual needs and craft personalized treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to foster healing. \n
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common issues and foster community support among participants. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care pathways for each individual. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies. \n
- Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n
- Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collective knowledge and clinical practices. \n
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health therapy and incorporate best practices into your work. \n
Your role will encompass a wide demographic, including individuals facing various mental health issues, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families grappling with challenges related to mental illness. You will find yourself working with diverse populations, which will enrich your professional experience and deepen your understanding of various cultural contexts and perspectives related to mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona. \n
- A strong foundation in the principles of mental health, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices. \n
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment approaches. \n
- Experience in providing both individual and group therapy across a range of settings. \n
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. \n
- Commitment to maintaining professional integrity and ethical standards. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment notes accurately. \n
- Proven ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting, promoting positive collaboration. \n
While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth practices, specific therapeutic modalities, or experience with unique patient populations will have a competitive advantage. Familiarity with digital engagement strategies to foster patient interaction is also desirable.
