Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining professional rapport to create a trusting therapeutic environment. \n
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and necessary adjustments in treatment plans, culminating in effective discharges when appropriate. \n
- Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they are continually monitored and adapted to meet the evolving needs of each client. \n
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to legal and ethical standards for confidentiality. \n
- Perform detailed intake assessments to gather crucial background information and inform treatment strategies. \n
- Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to assist clients in overcoming their mental health challenges. \n
- Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on your practice and enhance your professional development. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients. \n
- Embrace a growth mindset by actively seeking out opportunities for improving personal practices and expanding clinical knowledge. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients vary from children to adults, encompassing various backgrounds and needs. As an LPC at Integro, you will contribute positively to their mental health journeys through empathetic guidance and evidence-based interventions.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field. \n
- A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. \n
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, gained post-graduation. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing technology such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for client management and documentation purposes. \n

- Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services tailored for individual and family dynamics. \n
- Comfort in facilitating intake assessments and utilizing assessment tools effectively. \n
- Experience working in a remote capacity and adeptness at leveraging digital tools for client engagement. \n
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflective of your skills and experience. Integro Wellness & Therapy follows a Fee-for-Service model, guaranteeing prompt payment ahead of collections, allowing you to focus on client care without financial uncertainty.
