We’re looking for a reliable, positive person to join our service team at Tom Kadlec Kia .
This is a steady, fast-paced customer service role where your day goes quickly and you’re always engaged.
If you like talking to people and staying organized — this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls for reminders and follow-ups
- Text and email customers
- Keep the service schedule full and organized
- Work closely with advisors and service team
This is a people-focused role , not a sit-and-watch-the-clock job.
Pay & Schedule- $20/hour (consistent, reliable pay)
- Full-time position
- Closed Sundays
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable on the phone
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
No dealership experience needed — we will train you.
