We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual pediatric patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. This part-time, flexible, primarily remote position provides clinical oversight of skilled nursing services in accordance with California Title 22 HHA regulations and CDPH Home Health Agency standards, Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) standards, VA/TRICARE, Medi-Cal/CCS, and private insurance requirements. You will supervise field RNs/LVNs, guide clinical decision-making for pediatric cases, complete Home Health assessments, and ensure Atlas maintains excellence as we scale.

1. Pediatric Clinical Leadership Provide oversight and case management for medically fragile pediatric clients (vent/trach/enteral care, seizure management, CCS/EPSDT documentation). Support transitions of care from NICU/PICU to the home. Mentor nurses delivering long-term pediatric shift care. Ensure compassionate, developmentally appropriate family communication.

2. General Home Health Supervisory Duties Ensure compliance with Title 22 RN supervision standards. Create Home Health Plan of Treatment (CMS form 485) for Primary Care Physician approval Conduct documentation review and chart audits. Support QAPI and survey readiness. Train and mentor RNs/LVNs. Serve as clinical resource for changes in condition and escalations.

Active California RN license.

2+ years recent RN experience in pediatric home health, NICU, PICU, or high-acuity pediatric care (highly preferred). Experience with home health or complex-care populations (e.g., tube feeding, trach care, ventilator management) Strong clinical judgment for technology-dependent infants/children and medically complex adults.

Supervisory or charge experience preferred. Home Health Plan of Treatment and OASIS experience preferred. BSN preferred; PALS, CCRN, CPN, WOCN, or case management certification a plus.

$60/hour compensation. Remote, flexible schedule. Leadership role across pediatric and adult skilled nursing. High-touch, mission-driven culture. Diverse case mix: pediatric EPSDT/CCS, veterans, private-pay clients, and post-acute adult patients. Opportunities for growth as census expands.

2025 hours/week, flexible. (Opportunity to provide direct patient care if desire for full time hours/benefits) Primarily remote with limited field supervision. Must be reachable during designated clinical hours.

Pediatric Home Health- Continuous Care Nursing (High Priority for This Role) We provide long-term, high-acuity nursing support for medically fragile children, including: EPSDT/CCS clients Infants and children with tracheostomies, ventilators, and tube feeding Genetic, congenital, or developmental disorders Neuromuscular diseases and complex, technology-dependent conditions Post-NICU/children's hospital discharges

2. Adult Home Health- Continuous Care Nursing We also support adults with complex needs, including: Veterans through VA/TriWest programs Adults with spinal cord injuries, ALS, TBI, stroke, or long-term disabilities Post-hospital recovery (CHF, COPD, surgical recovery) High-net-worth private-pay families seeking concierge-level clinical management
