Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Step-Down unit setting
• Float between two campuses as needed, with one serving as the primary location
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level cardiac and clinical monitoring
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
• Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions or hits on license
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
• Experience in a large acute-care hospital environment (500+ beds)
