Job Overview Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Associate to maintain strong hospitality and guest safety at our hotel. The hourly rate for this opportunity is $25.00. What You Will Accomplish Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact. Respond to individual guest needs as they occur. Patrol all areas of the hotel and its common areas, aware of any potential emergency situation. Warn or eject persons that create disturbances on the property. Transmit and receive messages using all communication avenues. Supervise operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention, fire fighting, traffic control, power outages, or any other emergency situations. Respond to any guest or associate accident and document all details of the event. Contact appropriate authorities (police, fire department, or emergency response units) and coordinate their actions with Assistant Managers. Respond to and resolve all guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Complete projects and assignments professionally with care. Report items in need of repair to supervisor and maintain equipment used in work. Protect guest safety and well‑being. Adjust to high‑pressure conditions and remain open to change. Assume responsibility for personal growth and development. Conduct yourself professionally at all times; set standards for others. Express ideas and convey information clearly, effectively, and professionally. Resolve disagreements and remain respectful of peers and co‑workers. Follow all Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort policies and procedures scrupulously. What You Will Bring Knowledge of the English language to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors. Knowledge of all hotel departments and functions. Good mathematical and basic computer skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office and PMS software accurately. Active listening skills. Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with constant guest interaction. Multi‑tasking ability. Physical ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 20 pounds and perform activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs. Team‑player mindset. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of all hotel departments and events. Strong mathematical and computer skills. High school education with relevant training and experience. Additional education preferred. Knowledge of local area. CPR and first aid training preferred. Additional language ability preferred.
