This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations for the hotel.Performance Expectations:Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.Ensure front desk staff is familiar with hotel products and services.Handle all guest issues in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring problem resolution is satisfactory.Assist guests with check in and check out processes.Ensure company policies are adhered to, relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.Ensure daily arrival of VIP's, special request rooms, long stay guest rooms are pre-blocked in advance.Communicate with other departments to coordinate and follow up on all guest and room information.Report any items in need of repair.Follow all safety procedures while working.Behavioral Expectations:Be effective and innovative in handling and solving problems in the workplace.Remain positive and helpful while working in a fast-paced environment.Committed to the success and growth of the company.Act honorably, even when no one is watching.Eagerness to grow and/or develop within the companyPassionately provide personalized guest serviceEqual Opportunity EmployerM/F/Veteran/DisabilityDrug Free WorkplaceKolter Hospitality Participates in E-VerifyQualificationsGeneral Requirements: Able to work most weekends and holidays. Report to work on time and in proper uniform. Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer. Experience: Previous hotel Front Desk experience. Experience overseeing/directing a team a plus.
