- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
