We are seeking a Family Development Coach motivated to make a difference at our Lewiston Office. A Family Development Coach provides direct customer-based support to clients in their journey to achieve the families' goals. This position is 40 hours, generally 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, however, does required flexibility to accommodate the needs of clients. Starting Range : $18.23-$21.00, depending on education and experience Engage with families to collaboratively build partnerships to identify strengths and needs through a Whole Family Approach Complete comprehensive assessments with clients in order to support each individual and family unit to set and meet goals Advocate for families by collaborating with internal programs and external agencies to support application completion and ongoing partnerships Provide service similar to case management/care coordination to ensure clients receive timely and coordinated services.
