Private Events Chef - JOEY Valley Fair

Private Events ChefWage Scale$25 - $35 per hour. Actual offer within the listed range may vary based on work experience and other objective factors. The pay range for this position is subject to change and may be modified in the future, in compliance with applicable laws.As a Private Events Chef, you are responsible for organizing food preparation, and supervising service for catered events. You manage kitchen staff, ensure JOEY standards are met, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.DutiesSpecial event planning and execution.Organize food preparation and supervise service for events.Oversee the work of the private events kitchen team.Collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.Follow all instructions and guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds. Report equipment problems and maintenance issues to leadership immediately.Utilize various preparation and cooking methods to ensure the quick, precise creation of our menu items in accordance with JOEY recipes.
