Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
• Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred, including high-risk obstetric experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive, and patient-centered care to laboring mothers and newborns
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to promote positive birth outcomes
• Assist with high-risk labor and delivery situations as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Promote a calm, supportive environment during every stage of care
