Credit & Collections Manager Location: Gardena, CA (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fridays) Salary: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr + discretionary bonus Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to lead the credit and collections operations for a tire and wheel manufacturer and distributor. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Controller. Key Responsibilities Oversee credit and collections processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues Manage credit risk and maintain strong customer relationships Lead and develop a small team focused on commercial collections and problem resolution Qualifications Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 3+ years of management experience in credit and collections Large company experience, ideally in distribution, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing Proven track record in credit/risk management and customer service Why Join Us Competitive salary and bonus potential Pleasant, professional office environment with hybrid flexibility If you have strong leadership skills and expertise in credit and collections, we'd love to connect.
