Registered Nurse (RN) - Med-Surg / Long-Term Care (LTC) / Per Diem

Job OpportunityWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in Olympia and Seattle, Washington. Opportunities are available in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Per Diem roles. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plansAdminister medications and treatments safely and accuratelyMonitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teamsMaintain accurate and timely patient records and documentationEducate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructionsCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelinesSupervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistantsSpecialty-Specific Duties:Med-Surg: Manage care for adult patients with a variety of acute conditionsMonitor post-operative recovery and administer complex treatmentsLong-Term Care (LTC): Provide ongoing care for residents with chronic illnesses or disabilitiesSupport quality of life and long-term wellness goalsPer Diem: Fill in staffing needs on a flexible, as-needed basisAdapt quickly to different units and patient populationsSkills & Competencies:Strong clinical judgment and critical thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environmentsCompassionate, patient-centered approach to careFlexibility and adaptability (especially for per-diem roles)Work Schedule:Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts availableDay, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on roleRequirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington StateAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for Med-Surg roles)Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred; new grads may be considered for some roles)
