Client Onboarding Specialist

The candidate for this role will be responsible for the remediation to an existing client population to adhere to CRD6 regulations. Assisting with necessary due diligence of KYC, document gathering, partnership with the business and meeting the necessary deadline. Key Responsibilities Deliver overall client satisfaction while at the same time meeting the firm's global audit, compliance, risk and control requirements Owning the onboarding request from end to end Ensuring the continued progression of the onboarding request through the processes as quickly and effectively as possible Communicating the status to internal and external parties on a regular basis Manage the requests in the pipeline and then provide relevant status updates to end users Effectively following up in a timely, professional manner Manage your own pipelines and be aware of when to escalates issues Identify and escalates issues with the processes Take an active part in analysing data on end-to-end processes for tracking turnaround times of deliverables #J-18808-Ljbffr
