Medical Director, Pathology/Transfusion MedicineMedical Director, Pathology/Transfusion Medicine – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick, NJRWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS), Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, are seeking a Medical Director of Pathology/Transfusion Medicine to provide leadership and expertise in transfusion medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. This position offers an opportunity to guide clinical operations, advance research, and play a central role in medical education within New Jersey's largest integrated health care delivery system.The minimum salary for this position if hired to work is $270,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.The Transfusion Medicine Medical Director will hold a crucial leadership role in maintaining patient safety, regulatory compliance, and advancing transfusion medicine practices within RWJMS and RWJUH.
