• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or eligibility to obtain
• Experience providing services to students in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Positive attitude and dedication to fostering student development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions under the supervision of an SLP
• Assist in the development and carrying out of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collect data, prepare progress notes, and maintain accurate records on student outcomes
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
• Support classroom activities designed to enhance students’ communication skills
• Participate in team meetings as needed
