Graphic Designer

LHH is currently recruiting for a talented Graphic Designer to join our client’s corporate team in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support brand, marketing, internal communications, and business initiatives across both print and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of professional design experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a polished portfolio that demonstrates a balance of creativity, brand consistency, and executional excellence. This position is fully onsite in Dallas. Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print and digital channels, including brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, email graphics, social media assets, web visuals, and internal communications materials. Translate business goals, campaign objectives, and stakeholder input into visually compelling designs that align with brand standards. Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop concepts and execute creative solutions for a variety of business needs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and ensuring consistency across deliverables. Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, color, and formatting. Support the ongoing evolution and application of brand guidelines across all materials and touchpoints. Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity and alignment with project goals. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and continuous improvement to the creative process. Qualifications: 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate, in-house, agency, or similar fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of production specifications and platform requirements. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across branding, marketing collateral, print pieces, digital campaigns, and corporate communications. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts clearly and professionally. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality.
