Warehouse Manager - Electrical Supply A growing company in the CCTV, electronics, and fire alarm industry is looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at their warehouse facility in Smyrna, TN. This is not a people‑management role. They need someone who can take ownership of the warehouse, stay organized, and keep operations running smoothly day‑to‑day. Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory organization Stage materials and products for upcoming jobs Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Track and store inventory properly Support daily operational and material needs Help maintain company vehicles and fleet readiness Improve warehouse processes and efficiency Work closely with internal teams to ensure materials are ready when needed Requirements: Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience Experience with electronics, CCTV, low‑voltage systems, or fire alarm products strongly preferred Highly organized and process‑oriented Comfortable working in an active, hands‑on warehouse environment Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and move materials/equipment as needed MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
