Quality Systems Management Review Specialist | Veeva QMS | Executive ReportingImmediate need for a talented Quality Systems Management Review Specialist | Veeva QMS | Executive Reporting. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Foster City, CA (Onsite).Job ID: 26-20948Pay Range: $65 - $68/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)Key Responsibilities:Compile and analyze data for Quarterly Executive Management Review (QMR) meetings.Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations using information from global Quality and business teams.Partner with cross-functional and international stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize quality metrics.Review Quality System reports, dashboards, and KPIs within Veeva QMS.Support Quality Management System processes, including:CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)DeviationsChange ControlDocument ControlMonitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of Management Review activities.Identify trends and summarize quality metrics for executive leadership.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across Quality Systems.Maintain compliance with GMP, GxP, and internal Quality standards.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).5+ years of Quality Systems (QMS) experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or other regulated industries.Experience supporting Executive Management Review or Quality Review processes.Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS.Strong knowledge of:CAPADeviationsChange ControlQuality DocumentationAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience preparing executive presentations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.Document Control experience.Experience working in FDA-regulated GMP/GxP environments.Experience analyzing Quality dashboards and KPIs.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence experience.Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
