They establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals tailored to each patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction, set realistic goals, document progress, and educate patients and families. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions according to physician orders Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient MedPro Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
