Technical Responsibilities Design and develop analog and digital circuit solutions, including power distribution and control systems Create schematics, PCB layouts, and support documentation Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and validation testing Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development and production Support design reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure system integration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools Strong understanding of power electronics, signal integrity, and embedded systems fundamentals Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers Ability to work onsite in a collaborative engineering environment Preferred Experience in regulated industries (defense, aerospace, industrial systems, etc.) Familiarity with design for manufacturability and production support Exposure to compliance standards and environmental testing EEO Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
