LOVE LLC is the company behind Be LOVE, a fast-growing functional beverage brand across Energy, Protein, and Hydration in 11,000+ doors, Amazon, and DTC. Founded by Kurt Seidensticker (founder of Vital Proteins, acquired by Nestlé), we are building the most meaningful beverage and the next category-defining CPG brand with a mission tied to GivePower's clean water initiative.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll be a key force in bringing BE LOVE™ to life in your market. You'll turn national brand strategy into real-world moments that spark trial, build loyalty, and create genuine human connection. From sampling and local partnerships to leading brand ambassadors and managing day-to-day market operations, this role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and sales.

You'll work closely with Sales and partners to deliver unforgettable activations, meaningful consumer experiences, and measurable business impact—all while spreading the BE LOVE mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bring BE LOVE's 360° marketing strategy to life locally through thoughtful planning and flawless execution.
• Design and execute dynamic sampling programs and brand activations that drive trial, awareness, and word-of-mouth.
• Build authentic relationships with local influencers, community organizations, media partners, and like-minded brands.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute local sponsorships and partnerships that align with our mission and values.
• Analyze activations and events to measure impact, learnings, and ROI.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-energy team of Brand Ambassadors.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and distributor partners to align goals and maximize in-store and community impact.
• Own your annual market marketing plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and execution.
• Manage day-to-day market logistics, including warehouses, vehicles, assets, ambassadors and inventory.
• Track and submit reports, recaps, invoices, and expenses accurately and on time.
• Set clear goals, provide direction and resources, and recognize wins along the way.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of grassroots, experiential, or brand marketing experience.
• 3+ years of experience effectively managing small teams.
• Deep knowledge of local events, culture, and community engagement.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in CPG or food & beverage is a plus.
• A natural ability to motivate, lead, and build team culture.
• The ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities with confidence.
• The ability to communicate professionally and timely with co-workers and partners.
• The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Problem-solving capabilities with a solutions-first mindset.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a willingness and ability to travel.
• Must have the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Base salary range: $80,000-$90,000 commensurate with experience.
