This position offers a balanced schedule with a 4.5-day workweek, blocked OR time, and shared call without trauma responsibilities.

- Shared call with no trauma responsibilities
- $808,000 guaranteed starting salary
- $125,000 signing bonus
- Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment
- 8 weeks of PTO
- Paid holidays

- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- $5,000 CME allowance
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Sports Medicine interest or experience welcomed
- Open to 2027 graduating residents and fellows
