Nights 12 hours 36 per week

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Ability to provide care for patients of all ages: infant, adolescent, adult, geriatric
• Competence in administering and controlling medications and narcotics
• IV therapy skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding health management
• Demonstrate safe and effective use of patient care equipment
• Lead and delegate tasks to other team members under RN supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff
