$2227.68/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospitalized patients in a telemetry unit, ensuring patient safety and high-quality clinical outcomes. Adapt care delivery based on patient acuity and specific unit requirements. Responsibilities: Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans based on acuity levels. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Monitor vital signs and cardiac telemetry data continuously to detect complications early. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. Respond promptly to patient and telemetry alarms, prioritizing safety and interventions. Qualifications: Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice. Demonstrate experience with inpatient telemetry units and patient acuity management. Possess the ability to handle high-acuity cases, with experience preferred in emergency or ED settings. Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications. Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
