Director of Clinical Research Operations HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced, Director of Clinical Research Operations to join a Privately held clinical research organization in Miami, FL specializing in early and late-phase drug development, with a strong focus on advancing innovative therapies within complex CNS and specialty disease areas! Schedule Monday- Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Compensation $200K + up to 20% bonus (depending on experience) Relocation/Sign-On-Bonus offered* Benefits Health insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Matching 401k Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Daily Responsibilities Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of those clinical trials at the site level, making sure everything happens correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Must have experience with First-in-Human, pharmacokinetic (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD) Strong understanding of FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to travel as needed and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical management software.
