Physical Therapist – Temple, Texas Lake Whitney Operation LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Temple, Texas. About this position Responsibilities and Duties: Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with physicians and other care-team members. Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs as applicable. Participates in clinical conferences and in-service programs. Conducts on-site supervisory visits of physical therapy assistants. Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel as applicable. Prepares clinical and progress notes. Protects and honors patient and coworker confidentiality and right to privacy. Evaluates outcomes of care. Plans for discharge. Qualifications and Skills Current Texas PT License. Current Certification in BSL/CPR. Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance. Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus.
