- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department, including scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of staff performance
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Participate in budgeting, planning, and special projects as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional development
- 2+ years of experience in Housekeeping management or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Floor care experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred
