Associate Principal Content Manager

Associate Principal Content Manager (Continuing Education / eLearning) Are you passionate about creating engaging educational content and collaborating with industry experts to develop impactful learning experiences? We are seeking an Associate Principal Content Manager to develop and manage educational content for Continuing Education (CE) programs supporting the securities industry. This role is ideal for someone with experience creating training, instructional, or eLearning content who enjoys working with subject matter experts to transform complex topics into engaging learning experiences. Must have's: Continuing education, education and/or elearning content creation/management What You'll Do Develop engaging training and eLearning content for Continuing Education (CE) programs. Research complex topics and translate them into learner-friendly educational content. Write learning objectives, course scripts, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks. Organize and structure content into logical learning modules. Collaborate with eLearning developers to build interactive online learning experiences. Work closely with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content committees. Lead content review meetings and facilitate discussions with industry professionals. Update existing courses based on regulatory and industry changes. Research industry trends and recommend new educational content. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and accuracy. Required Qualifications Experience developing training, educational, or eLearning content . Experience with Continuing Education (CE), corporate learning, professional education, or instructional content development . Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills. Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Ability to manage multiple content development projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Instructional Design principles. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) . Experience within Financial Services, Compliance, Regulatory, Healthcare, Technology, Insurance, Higher Education, or Corporate Learning. Securities industry experience is a plus but not required .
