Coat Room Attendant

Coat Room Attendant
Responsible for managing the coat room area. Ensure members and guests coats and personal belongings are stored securely and returned promptly and accurately.
Greet and assist guests in checking coats and personal items, providing claim tickets for later pickup.
Hang coats neatly using appropriate hangers and place them in designated slots.
Maintain cleanliness and order in coat room and surrounding area.
Answer all questions and provide excellent customer service.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance.
You will be in a service-oriented role focused on secure, efficient, and courteous handling of patron's coats and belongings, requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy environment setting.
Hours will be varied depending on business need and scheduled events. Certain shifts will require 11am start time, and others may require a 4/5pm start time.
