Location: Austin, TX, onsite 4 days/week

Duration: 6 months, possible contract-to-hire

Amazing opportunity to be at the launch of a GLOBAL company spin-off! We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Talent Brand Content Specialist to help our client grow their talent brand through engaging content, social media, innovative campaigns, and authentic employee storytelling. This role will support a new company following a spin-off and will play an important part in building brand awareness and employer exposure. The ideal candidate is a creative generalist who understands social media trends, can execute creative campaign ideas, and is comfortable creating content across design, social, and video.

What You'll Do

• Create and publish short-form written, visual, and multimedia content for social and candidate-facing channels.
• Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and web, with Instagram being a key focus.
• Create social content, campaign ideas, taglines, employee testimonials, and other talent brand content.
• Support multimedia such as video creation, following established brand standards, voice, and video guidelines.
• Design graphics, presentations, and digital assets using Canva.
• Support talent brand and recruitment marketing campaigns, career sites, talent communities, hiring events, email campaigns, and employee stories.
• Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to showcase authentic employee experiences.
• Manage content calendars and support approximately 5-7 campaigns at a time, at various stages of the life cycle.
• Track content and campaign performance and share insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio of work, focusing on social media and content
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, recruitment marketing, employer branding, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing social media content and content calendars.
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience/exposure creating and editing short-form video content.
• Familiarity with photography, video production, and social media analytics.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and project management skills.
• A creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends and an eye for design.
