Hiring Experienced Mortgage Loan Originators & Sr. Loan Processors Full-time Elite Mortgage offers a full range of financing options for loan originators to assist consumers with purchasing or refinancing a home, obtaining a second mortgage, or a home equity line of credit. MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR A few requirements: Current CA NMLS licensed Minimum of 2 years sales experience Up-to-date knowledge of national lending guidelines and disclosures Knowledgeable in Calyx Point and computer use Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Compensation: Salary + commissions offered. Supportive full processing staff, full-service processing and transaction coordinating services, in-house marketing department assisting with marketing flyers, free weekly mortgage training, loan product training, and marketing training, office space with free desk, computers, and printing, multiple branch locations across California, opportunities to network. SENIOR LOAN PROCESSOR A few requirements: Minimum 10 years mortgage loan processing experience Proven track record of 30-40 closed loans per month Minimum of 2 years sales experience Up-to-date knowledge of national lending guidelines and disclosures Proficiency with Calyx Point required Desktop Originator/Desktop Underwrite experience required LoanSifter experience is a plus! Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment Responsibilities include: Oversee the mortgage loan processing pipeline and assign loans to other processors. Ensure workload is evenly distributed with a focus on expediting high-quality loan applications. Perform a full range of mortgage loan processing steps to accept an originated loan application and accurately complete all steps to ensure the loan package is fully prepared for closing. Provide back-up coverage for processing and closing and assist department as needed. Process all mortgage loans in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, including accurate entry of loan application information in the mortgage loan software programs. Stay informed about mortgage underwriting and processing standards, compliance and regulatory requirements.
