CarePro Home Medical - Cedar Rapids is looking for a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll assist patients and customers with medical equipment, handle intake, and provide excellent customer service to meet their needs. What You’ll Do: Assist with patient intake and process orders for delivery, pick-up, or changes in service. Help customers with medical equipment and supplies, including adjustments, training, and demonstrations. Accurately complete order forms, determine charges, collect co-pays, and enter data into systems. Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and medical professionals while protecting patient privacy. Receive inventory, restock shelves, and label products in the retail area. Answer phone calls and assist retail customers in person What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED. Experience in the home medical equipment field is a plus. Familiarity with Medicare rules and insurance reimbursement (a plus!). Strong computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation. Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork skills Additional Requirements: Post-offer background checks, reference checks, TB screen, drug screen, and physical agility test are required.
