STORE MANAGER

The Mash Pit by Zoey's Attic is looking for a full-time Store Manager to join our creative, fast-paced team in Webster Groves! We’re a locally owned custom apparel and gift boutique specializing in on-the-spot personalization, custom t-shirts, embroidery, spiritwear, gifts and all kinds of fun creative projects. No two days here are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, creative and comfortable keeping a lot of moving pieces on track. What you’ll do: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store Provide an awesome customer experience in-store, by phone and email Help customers with custom apparel, gifts and design ideas Keep orders, deadlines and production moving Lead and support our small team Maintain an organized, inviting and well-merchandised store Help with inventory, displays and merchandising Jump in wherever needed - we’re a small business, so we all wear a few hats! We’d love someone who: Has a good eye for design, merchandising and current trends Is highly organized and great at multitasking Is friendly, confident and comfortable working with customers Takes initiative and can problem-solve without needing constant direction Is comfortable with computers and learning new software Enjoys working in a creative, casual, small-business environment Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Shopify, custom apparel, printing or embroidery would be a huge plus, but isn’t required. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 9:30 AM-6:00 PM. Some flexibility may occasionally be needed during busy seasons or special events.
