Our inpatient chemical dependency treatment program is currently seeking Full Time and Per Diem LPN.


Full Time Schedule:

Week 1: Monday 7:00AM-7:30PM, Wednesday 7:00AM-3:30PM, Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Week 2: Wednesday 7:00AM-3:30PM, Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM, Friday 7:00AM-7:30PM

Every other weekend 7:00AM-7:30PM

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Every other weekend 7:00AM-3:30PM

Rates:
$35 per hour, day shifts
$35 per hour plus $3.00 differential for evening and night shifts

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing or accredited Nursing program.
• Minimum of one year in medical/surgical nursing preferred.
• Mental Health, Substance Abuse Facility, or Correctional Facility experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate, prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Licensed by the State of New York as an LPN
• Certification in CPR.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Professional experience in behavioral health preferred.
