The Zippertubing Company is a U.S.-owned manufacturer specializing in custom cable bundling, wire harness protection, and engineered component shielding solutions. Founded in 1957, we support mission-critical applications across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Automotive, Space, and Industrial markets.

With a team of approximately 50 employees, Zippertubing offers the stability of a long-standing manufacturer with the agility of a small, collaborative company. We design and produce highly customized, niche solutions for our customers — and our Marketing team plays a critical role in delivering the precision, responsiveness, and quality our customers rely on.

We seek a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time, onsite position in Chandler, AZ. You will be mostly supporting TECHLITE®, a Tempe, AZ-based manufacturing company that specializes in producing melamine foam for insulation and acoustic products. TECHLITE® is a subsidiary of The Zippertubing® Company.

Major Tasks, Accountabilities, and Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
• Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
• Provide consultative support and effectively communicate technical information to our customers.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
• Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
• Provide design support to other departments as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work in both print and digital applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.
• Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers (e.g., Canon Arizona 1360 GTF) is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

• Full Time, two locations, Tempe, and Chandler.(Primarily Chandler location: I-10 and Chandler Blvd)
• Day shift - Monday to Thursday (6:00am – 3:30pm) Friday (6:00am - 10:00am)
• Off on Saturday's & Sunday's, most of the time.

Compensation:

• $41k - $65k, DOE
