Job Title: GenAI Developer Location: Woodlawn, MD 21207 (5 Days Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract Interview Type: In-Person Interview Local candidates only. Required Skills: 15+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong full-stack expertise in Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular), APIs, Microservices, Docker, and OpenShift. Experience integrating and deploying AI solutions using Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and production-grade Generative AI applications. Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Proof of Concepts (PoCs) into production environments. Experience integrating AI/ML models into scalable web applications while managing CI/CD pipelines, security, and compliance. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, data scientists, UX teams, and business users. Passion for building responsible AI solutions with a focus on fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, and security. InstantServe LLC
