Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, elective, and basic surgical procedures.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and chairside care.
• Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and the administrative team to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate complex cases and referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Kansas dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience providing comprehensive general dentistry.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and team members.
• Comfortable working with modern digital dentistry and technology.
