Total Transformation Roofing is a trans woman-owned roofing company serving the Atlanta metro area. We specialize in full roof replacements, small to large repairs, storm damage claims, and insurance restoration work. We're growing fast and looking for driven inspectors who know how to identify damage, build trust with homeowners, turn an insurance scope into a signed contract, and close.

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and door knock to identify storm-affected properties and build your pipeline
• Inspect residential roofs for storm and hail damage across the Atlanta metro
• Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process from inspection to approval
• Read and work insurance scopes to maximize the claim and ensure nothing is left on the table
• Work alongside our project team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
• Represent Total Transformation Roofing professionally in the field

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in storm damage inspection and insurance claim roofing sales — this is required
• Ability to read and work an insurance scope of loss
• Comfortable with door knocking — this is how you fill your pipeline early and it's non-negotiable to get started
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with homeowners quickly
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely access and inspect residential rooftops
