Nocturnist

Looking for a fun hospitalist nocturnist job at a great community hospital? You have found the right place!We have a job opening for our night nocturnist program here with Hancock Health ! Shift 7pm - 7am. Rotation of one week on and 2 weeks off rotating with two other nocturnist team members (every 3 weeks). The hospital is a moderate sized community hospital, so census and admission numbers vary month to month and year to year averaging 3-7 admits per night. Supported by great daytime hospitalists who help assist you in difficult decisions at night. Supported by CRNAs for airway assistance and emergency department physicians for IV access concerns overnight. Experience with ICU level of care patients is required, however, most patients are PCU or med surg level of care. Tele-ICU physician coverage 24/7 - a great service that helps assist in taking care of our sickest patients. Competitive salary and benefits package.
