Job Description

Quality Control & Returns Technician

Full-Time | Onsite | Horn Lake, MS

Overview

At Nile, a return isn't the end of a sale. It's a second chance to get it right. We're looking for a Quality Control & Returns Technician who takes pride in bringing product back to life: inspecting every return, refurbishing BB, pellet, and airsoft rifles to resale condition, and repackaging recovered inventory so it's ready to sell again. This role also supports special projects across our 3PL multi-client facility, where attention to detail, mechanical know-how, and a disciplined approach to safety and quality make all the difference.

If you're the kind of person who can't leave a broken mechanism alone, and you'd rather check it twice than send it out wrong, this role is for you.

Why Nile Fulfillment?

At Nile Fulfillment, we help brands win wherever customers shop, online or in-store. Our fulfillment team keeps that promise moving, making sure every product that leaves our building is one our clients are proud to put their name on.

Our culture is built on three core values: Launch into the Deep : pursue excellence relentlessly; Go One More Mile : stay disciplined, keep commitments, and push through setbacks; and Give More Than You Receive : build lasting relationships through humility, gratitude, and generosity.

Nile Fulfillment offers a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a Return-to-Work Bonus for new parents.
