Customer Service and Sales Representative

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our client experience. You'll guide, support, and inspire customers while offering solutions that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can trust through phone, email, and chat
- Provide personalized support and solutions that meet each customer's unique needs
- Educate clients on products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling based on value
- Troubleshoot issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
- Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to improve service strategies and share client insights

Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but not required
