Client Highlights Financially strong, well‑established ~$400M general contractor with an excellent local reputation All work is local to Chicago and the surrounding communities Projects typically range from $20M-$50M, looking to grow into the $100M+ range Deep repeat‑client relationships and a steady, reliable backlog Team‑oriented culture with balanced workloads and strong support Clear advancement path toward Senior PM and Project Executive roles Competitive salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package Description Glimpse of your role: Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion Report directly into the Director & President of Construction Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement Deliver projects ranging from $$20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline Profile What We're Looking For: 8+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction. Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
