The Role:

This is not a straight service delivery role. Yes, you’ll complete quality work. But your true value comes from your ability to walk into a customer’s home or business, understand their needs, build confidence in your expertise, and sell them solutions, not just patches.

• You arrive with a professional appearance, clean van, and friendly confidence

• You listen closely to what the customer actually wants and what problems they’re experiencing

• You walk the job with clarity and calm, asking questions and taking notes

• You build rapport. You’re personable, patient, and genuinely interested in their needs

• You provide an accurate estimate and confidently discuss the value, timeline, and benefits of the work

• You close the job. You own the sale. You leave with a signed estimate and a customer who trusts you

• You execute quality work that earns five-star reviews and referrals

We provide qualified leads and scheduling. You provide the professionalism, personality, and selling skill that turns them into closed jobs.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in trades like carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, light electrical, or related fields

• Genuine pride in your craft and a commitment to delivering quality that speaks for itself

• A friendly, confident personality and comfort talking with customers about price, value, and solutions

• Reliability and initiative. You take responsibility for your work and don’t need hand-holding

• Strong communication skills: you listen well, ask good questions, and explain your work clearly

• Comfort with technology (we use ServiceTitan for scheduling, estimates, invoicing, and customer communication)

• A clean, well-maintained van and professional appearance

• Ability to work Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed

• Your own basic hand tools and equipment

What You’ll Do

• Complete a variety of residential and commercial projects, from small repairs to larger remodels (decks, fences, bathrooms, kitchens, basements, etc.)

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the office team at all times

• Provide accurate, detailed estimates and confidently discuss projects and pricing with customers

• Own the sales conversation: listen, build trust, and close the work

• Maintain a clean, organized, fully-equipped van and professional appearance every single day

• Deliver service quality that earns repeat business, referrals, and five-star reviews

• Use ServiceTitan to manage scheduling, estimates, invoicing, and customer communication

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-based opportunity. We bring the leads, the scheduling, the training, and the full support system behind you. You bring the skill, the confidence, and the drive to close the job and deliver outstanding work. There is no ceiling on what a Service Professional can earn with us. We reward execution and strong customer rapport, not just hours on the clock.

Posted range: $28.00–$36.00 per hour (required for job board compliance), representing typical earnings based on experience and verified work history. Actual earnings are performance-based, with commission and bonuses tied to customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability layered on top.

Training & Your First 90 Days

You’ll start with paid training and onboarding designed to set you up for success. This includes:

• Shadowing experienced Service Professionals to see how we operate

• Learning our systems, quality standards, and customer service expectations

• Mastering ServiceTitan for scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and our sales process

• Pay is hourly during training. Once onboarded, you’ll transition to our performance-based compensation model
