Role Description The Executive Chauffeur is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation to corporate and private clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving clients in luxury vehicles, following scheduled routes and itineraries, and adapting to changes in plans as needed. The role involves assisting passengers with luggage, maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior, and performing basic vehicle inspections before and after trips. The Executive Chauffeur will communicate courteously with clients, confirm trip details, and coordinate with dispatch and operations staff to ensure efficient trip management. This position also requires adherence to traffic laws, company safety policies, and high standards of confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications

• Transportation and Truck experience, with strong familiarity with safe driving practices and local routes.
• Customer Service skills focused on courteous communication, client satisfaction, and professional demeanor.
• Operations Management and Truckload Shipping experience or understanding of logistics, scheduling, and trip coordination.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; commercial or chauffeur license preferred where required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs.
• Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
• Experience in executive or luxury transportation is a plus; knowledge of Philadelphia and surrounding areas beneficial.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential client information appropriately.
